How do I purchase Account Engagement?
You can purchase Account Engagement through your Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Executive, or by visiting the pricing page and requesting more information.
Are your services included in my Salesforce package?
No, Salesforce Software pricing is separate from Implementation Partner services.
How long does it take to implement Account Engagement?
Implementing Account Engagement on average takes 4-6 weeks. After kickoff, technical implementation starts first, so you will have access to the tool on week 1. The remaining weeks are budgeted for marketing assets and training.
Where do you travel for onsite training?
Ideally, onsite training would be located in the tri-state area (Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts) but travel can extend to other states if requested. Travel fees will be charged separately.
Do consulting blocks expire?
Yes. Consulting blocks expire after a 6-month period, but we find this is plenty of time to achieve most projects.
I’ve signed my contract. What’s next?
After signing your contract with Strategic Angles, you will receive an email confirmation message. Within the same day or next business day, you will receive an email invoice with a virtual payment link. After payment is received, Mallory will reach out to schedule a kickoff call.
Do you offer any Sales Cloud Consulting?
Yes! Mallory is a certified Salesforce Administrator. During the scoping process we can also include Sales Cloud consulting in your package if requested.
I am out of hours on my contract. How do I purchase more?
